Caitlin Strickland, Agent & Manager

Caitlin started in our Agency in April of 2014 but worked in the insurance business prior to that, working especially in the trucking business. She is a licensed Property & Casualty Agent and enjoys working with all the customers and helping them find the best coverage available.

Caitlin lives in Bismarck with her husband and two children. She enjoys being with her family and friends.

Heather Mae Hoerner, Agent

Heather Mae Hoerner joined the Gateway Insurance Family in May of 2022. Originally from the small town of Ludlow SD, Heather grew up farming and ranching and will always be a farm kid at heart. The love of the land and outdoors shines through as her hobbies include gardening, hunting, camping, fishing and simply enjoying the great outdoors. Heather has been married to her husband Mark for 20 years and together are raising three beautiful daughters Saige, Chayce, and Reese. 

Heather has been in the insurance industry for a decade and has experience in both the captive world and independent. Heather is licensed in North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana and Arizona. Heather holds licenses in Property, Casualty, Health and Life. Integrity and customer service are very important to her and because of this, she treats her clients like family.
